Arbor day winner - April 29

Easton's class entered the Arbor Day contest. Each child had to draw a representation of how trees effect our lives. Easton free handed the shape of the country then researched what type of trees could be found in different regions of the U.S. He then drew the trees and fun things that can be done with those trees. And......he won for McMillian!

He was able to missed school and go to Murray park for a bar-b-que for the winners. Then there was a little program for arbor day and all the winners were announced. The only down fall is that it was about 35 degrees and going from rain to snow all day. But we managed to have a good time.
